My final post is about You Have Been Warned by James Patterson. I have been waiting for his new book for a while now. I love his stories

Week 9
I am reading The Tutor now and was having a hard time staying interested but once "The Tutor" arrived on set it's gotten a little more interesting. So, I'll finish it and see where it leads me. It doesn't have the drama and suspense as the others that I usually read. I have gotten to where I miss my daily reading time if I can't fit it in. Am I becoming "a reader"???
Week 8
I've gone on now to The Trafficers. It was a very long book and I had a hard time keeping with it. It was interesting but had so many things happening all at once I had to keep re-reading so I can keep track of what was going on. Like I said, it was good but I'm glad it's over.

Week 7

I'm on a waiting list for "C" is for Corpse and "D" is for Deadbeat so I skipped right along to "E" is for Evidence and "F" is for Fugitive. I am really enjoying these books. I can relate to Kinsey Willhone (the main character) and I enjoy the cases she solves. I can't believe I'm reading this much but it's nice. Her average book is about 9-10 hours in length. I just started "F" and can't wait to find out if Bailey is innocent of a murder that happened 17 years ago.Wednesday, July 13, 2011
Week 6

I needed a bread for the Body Movers series so I started listening to Sue Grafton's books. I hope audio books are considered a legitimate "read" because it's easier on my eyes and easier to get a hold of. I have "read" "A" is for Alibi and "B" is for Burglar in the past week and a half or so (totaling about 18 hours). I get immersed in each book and have a hard time putting it down therefore I get little else done. With me it's all or nothing. Sue Grafton has written this series about Kinsey Millhone and her P.I. business. I would totally recommend this series.Saturday, July 2, 2011
Week 5
I am well into the second half of the second book and can't get enough. Sometimes I just can't tear my eyes away from the pages. Carlotta has really gotten into trouble this time. Someone has stolen her identity and winds up dead; her brother is still trying to dodge his loan sharks and keep his sister safe as well; and after ten years of silence, her MIA father calls her but she drops the phone and disconnects the call before she had a chance to talk to him. I whole heartedly would recommend this series to everyone!!

Week 4

I was so excited to start the second book in the Body Movers series. I love how Bond writes so the reader gets pulled into the pages and can't put it down. Carlotta Wren has cleared her name in the death of her former fiance's (Peter) wife and is on to try to get her life back to normal. Somehow, I doubt that will happen! Trouble follows her around! Can't wait to read more!
Week 3
Well, I'm almost finished with this book and can't wait to start the second one. There are six in the series so I'd better start looking for the third so I have it ready. Poor Carlotta, she had such a hum-drum life up until recently. Now she has three prospected suitors (one of which is the fiance that dumped her nearly ten years ago). The second is the strong, handsome Detective Jack Terry and the third is Cooper Craft, the attractive man that she and her brother help move bodies for to the county morgue. What's a girl to do??
Week 2
I just can't seem to find enough time to read this book. I find myself giving up sleep just to keep reading! I really need more sleep!! So, tired. But this is such a good book. I love Carlotta with her wit and strength. Her parents left her and her brother, Wesley, (ages 18 and 9 respectively) when their father was facing trial for embezzling money from the law firm in which he was a partner. Carlotta lost her fiance, became a full time caregiver, gave up any hopes of college and lost the silver spoon in which she was raised with in the high end suburb of Atlanta. She finds herself wrapped up in murder cases that she "helps" the APD find clues. Poor Detective Jack Terry! He's got his handsome hands full!!
Week 1

I have absolutely fallen in love with the characters in Stephanie Bond's Body Movers series. The story is about Carlotta Wren and the people in her life. Atlanta, Georgia is the backdrop for this exciting, witty and super funny story line. I love that I can just fall into the story and be swept away. It has romance, mystery and murder.... I can't wait to read more. Wish I had more time!
